VIP tickets in Madrid: tennis, football and F1 explained

What a VIP ticket gets you at Madrid's four big sports venues, how it differs from a box or a premium seat, and how to arrange it in English.

Updated 18 October 2026

A VIP ticket for a sports event in Madrid is a seat plus access to a shared hospitality lounge with catering. A VIP box is a private space for a group with a minimum headcount, and a premium seat puts the view first. EnjoyVIP, an independent English-speaking concierge, arranges all three through a bespoke proposal, with no published prices.

VIP ticket, VIP box or premium seat?

If you know American club seats and suites, or British corporate hospitality, Madrid will feel familiar, but every organiser uses its own vocabulary. Three formats cover most of what you will be offered:

How EnjoyVIP works, in English

Whether you are flying in from the US, the UK or elsewhere, you get one English-speaking contact on WhatsApp or email who looks after the whole trip, not just the seat. There is no price list: each proposal is built around a date, a group and a purpose.

  1. Tell us the plan. Event, preferred date, number of guests and whether it is personal or corporate. No obligation.
  2. Receive a bespoke proposal. Seat or box options, the hospitality area and extras such as hotel, airport transfers and dinner reservations.
  3. Confirm and enjoy. One point of contact and discreet, one-to-one service throughout.

VIP tickets in Madrid: FAQ

What does a VIP ticket include in Madrid?

A seat plus access to a hospitality lounge with catering. Real Madrid's Matchday VIP adds gourmet catering, hostess service and a cloakroom; at the Madrid Open, Platinum, Sky and Premium Seats each come with their own dining space.

Is a VIP ticket the same as a VIP box?

No. A VIP ticket is individual and the lounge is shared. A box is a private space for a group with a minimum headcount: 6 guests at the Bernabéu and 5 to 18 seats at the Metropolitano, according to each club.

What is the difference between Platinum Seats and Sky Seats?

Both are Madrid Open seats sold per session. Platinum Seats are the first two rows on the East side of the Manolo Santana, with the VIP Platinum lounge; Sky Seats are the last two rows of level A, with the “Sky” dining space.

What is the Madrid Open VIP Club?

The hospitality space linked to the tournament's VIP boxes at the Caja Mágica, where DO&CO prepares food from five continents in front of guests.

When is the Mutua Madrid Open 2027?

From 19 April to 2 May 2027 at the Caja Mágica, Camino de Perales 23, Madrid. There are day and night sessions, and each session needs its own ticket.

When is the Madrid Formula 1 Grand Prix 2027?

From Friday 10 to Sunday 12 September 2027 at MADRING, the IFEMA circuit. There is no parking at the venue: Metro Line 8 (Feria de Madrid) and Cercanías C-1 (Valdebebas) are the main links.

Is the F1 Paddock Club the same as MATCH hospitality?

No. Formula 1 sells the Paddock Club through its own ticketing platform, while MATCH Hospitality runs MADRING's official areas: Club 91, La Azotea, Ignition Club, Traction Club and La Terminal.

Is EnjoyVIP an official ticket seller?

No. EnjoyVIP is an independent concierge, not an official channel of any club, tournament or circuit. We arrange access through each venue's official channels, listed above.

Is there a dress code in Madrid's VIP areas?

At the Bernabéu it is recommended: no shorts, sleeveless tops, open shoes or rival colours. At the Metropolitano it is not mandatory except in the Presidential Box, although sportswear is discouraged.

Can VIP tickets be refunded, changed or gifted?

The Madrid Open and Real Madrid's VIP area accept no exchanges or refunds. Neptuno tickets at the Metropolitano are not nominative, so they can be gifted. We confirm the conditions before you commit.

Does EnjoyVIP publish prices?

No. Each proposal depends on the event, the date, the group size and the level of hospitality, so it is prepared on request, with no obligation.
