What the F1 Paddock Club is

The Paddock Club is the hospitality programme Formula 1 runs itself at Grands Prix across the calendar, and what sets it apart is position: it sits directly above the team garages. In Madrid that means MADRING's Pit Building, a three-storey, 18.5-metre structure with 14 garages (11 for the teams and 3 for the FIA), built by Eiffage as a permanent legacy for IFEMA. The Paddock Club occupies its upper floors (MADRING, 17 Dec 2025).

According to the generic programme page published by F1 Experiences, an authorised distributor, a Paddock Club package typically includes daily pit lane walks, paddock access, appearances by F1 insiders and an open bar, with podium access reserved for the Legend tier. Engage Hospitality, another authorised distributor, described the Madrid 2026 offer as daily pit lane walks, insider appearances, paddock access and priority access to the podium celebrations (blog, 15 Jan 2026). The specific inclusions for Madrid 2027 had not been published as of 18 October 2026.

Why the distinction matters before you enquire

The Paddock Club is not "the best lounge at MADRING": it is a different product, with a different seller and a different sales calendar. Mixing it up with Club 91 or La Azotea is an easy mistake, which is why this guide separates the two families from the start. If you are really after a lounge with a view and serious food, our Madrid Grand Prix hospitality guide compares every official level.

Who sells the Madrid Grand Prix Paddock Club

Two different players sell VIP products at MADRING, and they do not overlap. The Paddock Club is sold by Formula 1 through ticketing.formula1.com and authorised distributors such as Engage Hospitality (UK) and F1 Experiences (QuintEvents). The Official Hospitality lounges (Club 91, La Azotea, Ignition Club, Traction Club and La Terminal) are sold by MATCH Hospitality, MADRING's exclusive official hospitality provider for 2026–2035 under its agreement with IFEMA MADRID (ifema.es, 16 Dec 2024).

For 2027, the official Madrid hospitality page at ticketing.formula1.com was a waitlist as of 18 October 2026: it announced the F1 Paddock Club, with elevated views, alongside a selection of local hospitality at the MADRING complex, with package details to follow. MATCH's Official Hospitality for 2027 was already on sale at hospitality.madring.com.

EnjoyVIP acts as a specialist concierge: we route your request through the right channel for each product, line up alternatives in case places run out and complete the weekend with hotel, transfers and agenda.

What the Madrid Paddock Club offered in 2026

At the first edition, the FORMULA 1 TAG HEUER GRAN PREMIO DE ESPAÑA 2026 (11–13 September), MADRING counted 15,000 Paddock Club entries out of 38,879 hospitality entries and 352,618 attendances over the weekend (MADRING, 17 Sep 2026). It was the first time Formula 1's programme sat above the garages of the new Pit Building.

Alongside the standard Paddock Club, 2026 featured special editions sold through tickets.formula1.com: House 44, Lewis Hamilton's concept with Soho House; The Out Lap, with Michelin dining and a guided tour; and the American Express Suite. Those pages now redirect to the 2027 waitlist, so the special-edition line-up for 2027 is still to be confirmed.

One nuance worth knowing: MATCH's top level, Club 91, is only steps from the Paddock Club, on the main straight and Turn 1, with two floors above the pit lane and the grid. It shares the view but not the programme: its official page describes Michelin-starred chefs, live bands and a rooftop, and does not mention a pit lane walk, the grid or the podium. If walking the pit lane is a must, ask specifically for the Paddock Club.

Flying in for the race

For international guests the logistics are straightforward. MADRING is five minutes from Madrid-Barajas Airport, according to IFEMA and MADRING, and Metro Line 8 runs directly from Terminal 4 to Feria de Madrid station. There is no parking on site (madring.com/como-llegar), so we arrange chauffeured transfers from the terminal or your hotel. The North and South sectors are not connected inside the venue, which matters if your group splits between the Paddock Club and another lounge. Planning a European swing? Monza runs the weekend before, on 3–5 September 2027.
