Bernabéu VIP Boxes: Real Madrid Hospitality, Tailored
Seasonal boxes by tier, seasonal seats with lounge, Matchday VIP packages and the Palco de Honor, explained with the club's own data. A Madrid-based concierge that designs your matchday, with English-speaking service and no published rates.
Real Madrid sells its Bernabéu hospitality through the Área VIP-Corporate Hospitality in three formats: seasonal VIP boxes in three tiers (minimum 6 guests), seasonal seats with a lounge such as the European Cup Lounge, and Matchday VIP tickets per game in spaces like Espacio La Salle, Bernabéu Market or VIP Main Stand. EnjoyVIP designs and manages it for you, with no published rates.
What the Área VIP-Corporate Hospitality is
It is the official name of Real Madrid's hospitality programme at the Santiago Bernabéu. It has two branches: Seasonal VIP (boxes and seats for every home match of the season) and Matchday VIP (single-match tickets with access to a hospitality lounge). The club sells directly and, since the 2025/26 season, also through SPORTFIVE as its authorised agency.
The rebuilt stadium reopened on 23 December 2023 with a capacity of 83,186 and 245 executive suites, according to the Santiago Bernabéu entry on Wikipedia, which cites the club's own website (2024-2026). It is by far the largest sports hospitality venue in Madrid.
EnjoyVIP is neither the club nor its agency. We are a specialist concierge based in Madrid: we help you pick the right format for your goal (a celebration, clients, an incentive trip, a weekend in Madrid), manage the booking and everything around the match, and send you a single closed proposal.

Matchday VIP: what a single-match VIP ticket includes
Matchday VIP (Matchday Hospitality) is how you experience one game with premium service. According to Real Madrid, the matchday VIP ticket includes gourmet catering, hostess service and a cloakroom in adjoining lounges, plus a seat in the area assigned to each space. Official sales are online only, with mobile tickets.
Timings vary by space. In the Matchday Premium lounges (Espacio La Salle and NH Collection Eurobuilding) hospitality opens 2.5 hours before kick-off and closes 30 minutes before the match, per the SPORTFIVE announcement published by Sporsora on 7 October 2025. In the VIP Main Stand, with hospitality at Restaurante José Luis, the lounge opens 2 hours before, serves 15 minutes at half-time and stays open 90 minutes after the final whistle.

Seasonal VIP boxes: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Tier
Real Madrid describes its VIP boxes as "strategically distributed across the different levels of the stadium". They have a minimum capacity of 6 guests and exclusive catering from 90 minutes before kick-off until 30 minutes after the match, with variations depending on location. They are sold for the full season.
The club distinguishes three tiers. 1st Tier Boxes are the premium product: outdoor seats in an enclosed area plus large common areas. 2nd Tier and 3rd Tier Boxes sit on other levels and keep the same private-box-with-hospitality logic. If you do not need a whole box, the European Cup Lounge seasonal seat offers a seat in the West Stand (2nd tier) with hospitality in the museum's European Cup Room, one level up and reached by escalators.
For companies, a seasonal box works like a boardroom with a pitch view: the full LaLiga and Champions League calendar to host clients, reward teams and close deals. More in sports hospitality for companies in Madrid.
Palco de Honor and corporate events
The Palco de Honor is the stadium's presidential area and Real Madrid offers it for corporate events. According to bernabeu.realmadrid.com (2026) it measures about 876 square metres, has its own entrance on Calle Padre Damián and holds 550 guests for a cocktail or 300 for a seated dinner; guests get access to the Presidential VIP seats.
The new Bernabéu has also opened restaurants since 2025 such as Plaza Mahou, Puerta 57, Arzábal Bernabéu and KŌ by 99 Sushi Bar, whose Box 39 becomes a VIP suite on matchdays (StadiumDB, April 2025). Choosing between the Palco de Honor, a seasonal box or a block of Matchday VIP tickets depends on guest numbers and purpose; we turn that into a concrete proposal.
Sky Bernabéu / Sky Bar: what is actually known
Sky Bernabéu was presented as the highest VIP box in the stadium, on the East side above the Castellana: four experiences (VIP box, restaurant, The Club and The View), 200 seats, two 250-square-metre terraces and over 400 square metres of screens, with a planned debut on 25 May 2024 against Betis, according to El Español (2 May 2024).
That debut did not happen as announced. In November 2024, Goal.com, citing El Confidencial, reported that the venue "had yet to open". According to StadiumDB (25 May 2026), the operator Anastia Gourmet entered insolvency proceedings, a commercial court approved an agreement returning the Sky Bar to the club and the opening remained unconfirmed. If this space interests you, we will tell you its real status when you enquire.
