EnjoyVIP is a specialist tennis VIP hospitality concierge, founded in 2021, that books private VIP boxes at the Mutua Madrid Open and other major sporting events. We are not a ticket reseller: through a consultative three-step method — contact, bespoke design, delivery — we handle every detail with 1:1 attention and full discretion.

Who we are

EnjoyVIP was born in 2021 with one simple idea and one obsession: that experiencing a major sporting event from a VIP box should be as easy as turning up and enjoying it. We are specialists in tennis VIP boxes — with the Mutua Madrid Open as our flagship — and in high-end hospitality experiences at the world's most important sporting occasions.

We are not a ticketing portal or an impersonal marketplace. We work the old-fashioned way, with direct personal contact and a single goal: that every client receives an experience made to measure, cared for down to the smallest detail and handled with complete discretion. Experience has taught us something we repeat constantly: true luxury is not the seat — it is not having to worry about anything.

The events we operate at

Tennis is our speciality and the Mutua Madrid Open is our flagship: private boxes at the Caja Mágica (Camino de Perales, 23, 28041 Madrid), overlooking the Manolo Santana Centre Court, with unlimited access to the 7,000 m² VIP Club with DO&CO catering — 10 themed restaurants spanning 5 continents. The 2027 edition runs from 19 April to 2 May across 17 sessions (10 day, 7 night); boxes seat 5 to 20 guests and include 2 VIP parking spaces and a reserved table, with the official tournament shuttle running from Legazpi (metro line 3).
